Geschnetzeltes & Roesti

Geschnetzeltes and roesti is another traditional swiss meal. Meat is expensive in Switzerland, so most traditional recipes only include small amounts of meat, if any. That doesn't mean flavor has to be sacrificed. The combination of cream, mushrooms, and small pieces of meat create a delicious sauce that goes perfect with roesti (grated potatoes) and vegetables.
