Surviving the Heat with Ice Tea Concentrate

August 8, 2017

When I learned about this concept, it blew me away! (I have no life..) Seriously, though, this is so clever. Instead of heating up a huge batch of water to make some ice tea, why not make a concentrated version of it that you just add to your water?! See, mind blown!

Ingredients

  • Tea bags (whatever you have laying around - I suggest something fruity with some black tea)

  • 1-2 cups water

Directions

  1. Heat up water to boil.

  2. Add the tea bags, turn off heat, and let it sit for 10minutes.

  3. Optional: Add honey or sugar

  4. Store in container until ready to serve. Just add any amount (depending on how strong you wanted) to water and enjoy!
